She is the director of the Youth Choir, ECC Gospel Choir, and a member of the Women's Ministry and founder of the Women's Book Club at Bethlehem Baptist Church.
She has written several plays, which were a success and hopes to continue to do so and have another ready in the near future. She loves writing poetry, public speaking, and conducting presentations and workshops and most of all preaching the word of God. Geneva Coleman is currently enrolled in the Faith International Bible College where she received her Master's Degree and is currently pursuing her Doctorate Degree (2014).
She received an award for her excellence in training and developing employees at the Philip Morris/Altria Corporation. She was employed a Philip Morris/Altria for 30 years where she worked in the Law Department and managed a team of Specialists. They have two wonderful daughters, Stephanie (Anthony), Kesha (Randy) and three grandchildren, Anthony Jr. Coleman, Pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church. He asked that everyone continue to pray for him and with him as he stays on the battlefield preaching and teaching the word of God. He often says, "if you are going to do anything for God, make sure you give it all you got". If you have met Ethyel then you know that he loves people and most of all he loves God. God was preparing him for the work of ministry. He knows that God had been training and teaching him all along. On that Thursday night, he knew without a shadow of a doubt that God was speaking to him and he had to be obedient. He was called in to the ministry on October 16, 2007, when God spoke down in his spirit "What are you waiting for". He is currently a member of the Diaconate Conference of Amelia, Chesterfield, and Powhatan. He taught Sunday School two Sundays a month, New Members Class, Men's Fellowship, and the Teen/Parent Bible Study. Ethyel sung on the Male Chorus and with the Anointed Praisers, were he served as President. He was elected Chairman of the Diaconate Ministry in September of 2000. He was ordained as a Deacon on October 23, 1994. After he moved to Powhatan, he joined Guildfield Baptist Church. His early Christian Education started at Wesley Chapel A.M.E Zion Church of Danville where he accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and attended Sunday School and church, ushered, and sung on the choir. He has received a diploma in Pastoral Ministry in 2002 and a Bachelor's Degree in Theology in 2007, both also from Faith International Bible College He attends Faith International Bible College in Richmond, VA where he is pursuing a Master's Degree in Theology. Sargeant Reynolds Community College in Richmond, VA and is currently a real estate owner and investor. In the fall of 1988, he studied The Principles of Real Estate at J. on Apafter 30 years of dedicated service.Įthyel graduated from George Washington High School in Danville, VA.

He's the son of the late Cleveland and Catherine Coleman of Danville.
